Kiełbaskę kroimy wzdłuż na pół, następnie w ok 0,5cm plasterki. Na patelni rozgrzewamy łyżkę oliwy, dodajemy kiełbaskę, gdy lekko się wytopi i zrumieni dodajemy paprykę w proszku, warzywa i pokrojony w cienkie plasterki czosnek. Smażymy ok 6-7 minut by warzywa delikatnie się zbrązowiły. Przekładamy całość do garnka. Dodajemy dobrze opłukaną fasolę, koncentrat, ok 300ml przegotowanej wody, doprawiamy, sosem sojowym, solą i pieprzem, mieszamy i gotujemy na wolnym ogniu ok 20-30 minut by ziemniaki zmiękły a sos zgęstniał. Podajemy z kaszą lub ryżem, kleksem śmietany na wierzchu, posypane świeżymi ziołami. | SALAMI / CHORIZO or other smoked sausage (about 200g) 1 BIG RED PEPPER RED BEANS, canned (1 can) 1 BIG RED ONION GARLIC (1.5 clove) TOMATO CONCENTRATE (4 heaped tablespoons) 2 VERY RIPE TOMATOES 2 POTATOES / 1 SWEET POTATO SWEET PEPPER POWDER (spoon) SOY SAUCE (1-2 tablespoons) OLIVE OIL SALT PEPPER TO SERVE: CHOPPED CORIANDER / PARSLEY SOUR CREAM 9%fat BROWN RICE / BUCKWHEAT Peel the potatoes and onion. Cut them into 1cm cubes, peppers and tomatoes into a bit bigger pieces. Cut the sausage lengthwise, then in about 0.5cm slices. On a frying pan, warm up a tablespoon of olive oil, add the sausage and when it gets lightly smelted and browned and add pepper powder, vegetables and garlic (cut into thin slices). Fry everything for about 6-7 minutes stirrinf occasionally, for the veggies to soften and get a bit browned. Then put everything into a big pot. Add the beans (rinse them well before adding!), tomatoe concentrate, about 300ml water, soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper, stir and cook over low heat for about 20-30 minutes for the potatoes to get cooked and the sauce to thicken. Serve with brown rice/buckwheat, with a splash of sour cream on top, sprinkled with fresh herbs. |
